I'm not against monolithic religions, though I don't believe them. In this cruel world, people can believe whatever they want, if they feel better by believing it.
I don't believe either that I will be reborn to be a moth or a butterfly and see my beloved ones again. But the notion somehow comforts me.

Actually, the god who went to the underworld and saw the ugly corpse of his wife is Izanagi.
But I like Susanoo who cried and cried for his mother's return better than careless Izanagi who made the same mistake as Orpheus did. I mingled the two stories into one in the lyrics and chose Susanoo as my hero.
Izanagi was out, because one can't be a good husband if he runs away from his wife just because she is corrupted and ugly. He was fired by me for this reason.
This song is a tribute to my late sister who passed away a year ago, and to my wife (living) ,who will be parted from me anyway, some day, in one way or another.
Cheers
